Brow & Lash Technician
&BROWHAUS is a premium brow and lash studio based in Balham, South West London. We specialise exclusively in brows and lashes and are looking for a talented, passionate Brow & Lash Technician to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone with excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. The ideal candidate will be confident, professional, and naturally personable, making clients feel comfortable and welcome throughout their visit.
Position
Part-Time or Full-Time
9:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality brow and lash treatments to a consistently excellent standard.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all clients.
- Carry out thorough consultations and tailor treatments to suit individual clients.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the salon.
- Assist with reception duties, booking management, and processing client payments when required.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques.
Essential Requirements
Eyebrow threading skills are essential for this role. Applications without threading experience will not be considered.
- Minimum 6 months' experience as a Brow & Lash Technician.
- Confident performing eyebrow threading.
- Confident performing lash lift & tint treatments.
- Confident performing brow lamination treatments.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Well-presented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
