The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be leading on shift and delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults, including dementia and complex needs.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading shifts and supporting the care team
- Medication management and clinical oversight
- Developing and reviewing care plans
- Ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, consistent care
- Working closely with families and external professionals
- Supporting a calm, well-organised care environment
What We’re Looking For
- NMC Registered Nurse (Adult)
- Experience in elderly care or nursing home settings preferred
