Salary: £24,213 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are a unique therapeutic community. We provide a safe, nurturing and transformative learning environment for vulnerable children aged 4–16, using deep-rooted psychoanalytic and group-relations models to guide everything we do. We work with small class groupings organised by stage, not age and have 33 children in our school.
What you’ll do:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in:
- Supporting high-quality therapeutic education tailored to individual needs
- Creating a warm, nurturing and emotionally attuned environment
- Designing engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Helping our students grow emotionally, socially, and academically
- Becoming an integral part of a professional team that changes lives

Hours:
8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only (plus In-Service Training days).
