Padgett’s Motorcycles are a family business based in Batley; West Yorkshire established in 1958. We are the longest standing Honda, Suzuki & Yamaha Dealerships in the country with over 65 years’ experience with each.
Padgett’s Motorcycles are looking for a Sales Executive to join our ever-growing sales team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring every rider finds their perfect motorcycle match.
- Preferred retail sales experience.
- You must have a genuine passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding of different makes and models, although full manufacture training will be given.
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone; with the ability to build rapport with customers from all walks of life.
- A confident and persuasive approach to sales, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- A strong product knowledge and the ability to explain features and benefits effectively.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- To be comfortable using a computer and a dealer management system & electronic diary systems.
- A valid motorcycle license is a must.

Working Week
- Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5:30pm (with 30 minutes for lunch)
- Saturdays 8:30am until 4:30pm
- Sundays Closed
- You will get a fixed day off every other week
