A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Park Services Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded holiday park operation in Cornwall.
This is a hands-on operational management role, supporting the day-to-day running of a busy holiday park environment while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high presentation standards across the site.
The Role
Working closely with the senior management team, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading teams across the park, and ensuring smooth service delivery during peak trading periods.
This position would suit somebody from a holiday park background who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of the park
- Provide management cover across shifts including evenings and weekends
- Respond to guest queries, complaints, and operational issues professionally
- Support task planning and operational coordination across departments
- Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety are maintained
- Assist with maintenance coordination and ongoing project work
- Lead and support teams across the park during operational shifts
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team training activities
- Carry out quality and compliance checks across facilities
- Support health & safety procedures and operational compliance
- Provide occasional evening/night call-out cover when required
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or management experience within an operational environment
- Strong customer service and guest-focused approach
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexible approach to working hours including weekends and seasonal peak periods
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Experience
- Holiday park experience
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
- Experience supporting health & safety systems and compliance
