The firm require a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Wills and Probate Solicitor role to join their busy private client department. The role:
- Work on a wide range of wills, probate, and estate planning matters.
- Opportunities for professional growth as the firm develops.
- Provide sensitive, professional advice to clients, ensuring clear and practical guidance.
- Maintain high standards of client care in all client interactions.
The Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Wills and Probate Solicitor role.
- Experience handling Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
- Collaborative and approachable team player.
- Law degree (preferred) or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of professional integrity and client care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Partners for Windows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with internal colleagues.
