Position Overview
We are looking for a Content & Campaigns Lead based in London (hybrid working model) to drive content strategy, thought leadership, audience engagement, and integrated marketing campaigns that support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue performance.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Subject Matter Experts, and external partners, the successful candidate will lead content planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, brand consistency, and audience development across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a commercially focused marketing professional with experience in content marketing, campaign management, demand generation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement who can translate complex topics into compelling, market-facing content.
Role Purpose
The Content & Campaigns Lead owns the content, campaign and audience engagement engine that connects marketing activity to market visibility, audience growth, pipeline creation, commercial engagement and revenue performance.
The role is responsible for content strategy, thought leadership, campaign activation, sales enablement, audience engagement and brand consistency across CIBT and Newland Chase.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Subject Matter Experts and external specialist resources, the role ensures the organisation develops a scalable content and campaign capability that supports pipeline creation, customer engagement and business growth.
This role is accountable for ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences through coordinated campaigns, compelling content and effective sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Own content strategy across CIBT and Newland Chase.
- Develop annual and quarterly content plans aligned to business priorities.
- Lead executive profiling and thought leadership programmes.
- Translate complex mobility, immigration and travel topics into commercially relevant content.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, positioning and brand voice.
- Develop subject matter expert content programmes.
- Develop content programmes aligned to ICP audiences, commercial priorities and revenue growth objectives.
- Ensure content supports both demand generation and sales enablement activities.
Campaign Planning & Activation
- Own the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Develop campaign frameworks aligned to business objectives and target audiences.
- Coordinate activity across email, social, website, webinar and event channels.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered consistently across brands and regions.
- Drive campaign execution from planning through to performance review.
- Own campaign contribution to marketing sourced and influenced pipeline.
Audience Engagement & Brand Development
- Build audience engagement strategies across owned and earned channels.
- Develop audience-centric content journeys aligned to ICP priorities.
- Support social media, executive visibility and employee advocacy initiatives.
- Strengthen market visibility and brand awareness across target audiences.
- Improve audience engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Build audience engagement strategies that increase ICP reach, account engagement and commercial visibility.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
- Develop sales enablement assets including presentations, one-pagers, case studies and proposal content.
- Support strategic opportunities, major bids and commercial initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships and Client Services teams to identify content requirements.
- Create content that supports opportunity progression and revenue growth.
- Ensure marketing assets align to commercial priorities.
- Support opportunity acceleration through targeted content, campaigns and commercial messaging.
Content Production & Resource Management
- Manage editorial calendars and content production workflows.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external specialist resources.
- Manage freelance and agency support across design, social media, copywriting and video production.
- Ensure content quality, consistency and brand compliance.
- Develop scalable content production processes.
Campaign Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor content and campaign performance.
- Work closely with the Performance & Marketing Operations Lead to evaluate engagement and pipeline contribution.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Use performance insight to refine content strategy and campaign planning.
- Support reporting requirements for leadership and executive teams.
AI, Content Innovation & Marketing Productivity
- Identify opportunities to improve content creation, campaign execution and audience engagement through AI and automation.
- Evaluate emerging tools supporting content production, personalisation and campaign delivery.
- Develop scalable content workflows that improve efficiency and output quality.
- Support experimentation and innovation across content and campaign activities.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled marketing productivity tools where appropriate.

Profile
Experience
- Content marketing, campaign management or demand generation leadership experience.
- Experience developing thought leadership and executive profiling programmes.
- Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with sales teams to support commercial growth.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers and specialist suppliers.
- Experience within professional services, consulting, mobility, immigration, travel or complex B2B environments desirable.
