Business Development Executive
We are working with a growing business based in Hereford looking to appoint an ambitious Business Development Executive on a permanent, full-time basis. With an established presence across the UK and international markets, the company has built a reputation for delivering innovative solutions, exceptional customer service and long-term client partnerships.

What You Will Be Doing
- Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets
- Re-engaging with dormant and lapsed accounts through professional and strategic sales activity
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Managing and progressing a sales pipeline to maximise conversion opportunities
- Maintaining accurate CRM and ERP records to support effective sales management
- Following up leads, quotations and enquiries in a timely and commercially focused manner
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and professional communication throughout the sales process
- Collaborating with internal teams to support wider business growth objectives
- Working towards individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience within business development, sales, account management or a similar commercial role
- A confident and professional communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially aware
- Ability to manage workload effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems
- A proactive approach with the confidence to engage customers and identify opportunities
- Positive team player with the ability to work independently when required
