Overview
Based in the Ossett, Wakefield, we are a nationwide manufacturer of bespoke, made-to-measure fitted bedroom & bathroom furniture. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Telesales Executive with B2B sales experience to join our sales team within the fitted furniture industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer inquiries, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through to delivery.
Key Requirements
· Proactively contact prospective customers generated through marketing campaigns, your own market research & customer databases.
· Book appointments for field based reps where appropriate.
· Follow up quotations and previous enquiries to maximise conversion rates.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
· Manage customer records accurately within the company's CRM system.
· Consistently hit and exceed KPI’s for call made, quotes sent & sales converted
· Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and pipeline performance.
Requirements
· Proven track record of success in B2B internal telesales, business development, or a similar target-driven sales environment.
· Previous experience or a strong interest in the fitted furniture, interior design, or home improvement industry.
· Exceptional communication and active listening skills with a professional, warm telephone manner.
· Strong IT skills and experience using CRM software to manage and track leads.
· Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven with the ability to overcome objections
