Door Supervisors – Salisbury Nightclub
£14.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Regular Weekend Shifts
Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors for one of Salisbury’s busiest and most established late night venues.
We are looking to add a small number of reliable, professional individuals to an already established team. This is a traditional late night venue with a strong weekend trade and a consistent working environment, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking for regular, ongoing work within a single site.
What You’ll Get:
- £15.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Regular Friday and Saturday night shifts
- Additional shifts available where required

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team focused
- Comfortable working in a busy late-night environment
- Able to remain calm, controlled, and professional at all times
Previous experience in pubs, bars, or nightclubs is preferred but not essential.
