The Role
Reporting to the Spa Management team, you will play an important part in the spa’s day‑to‑day operation and overall guest journey. This is a hands‑on role focused exclusively on massage and body treatments, delivered to a consistently high standard while supporting the smooth running of the spa.
The position is available on a full‑time or part‑time basis. Flexibility is essential, as evening shifts (until 8:15pm) and regular weekend working are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of professional body massages and body treatments to a consistently high standard
- Provide exceptional, personalised service to all guests and members
- Maintain treatment rooms to an immaculate standard
- Support stock control and minimise product waste
- Promote and recommend retail products where appropriate
- Work collaboratively as part of a proactive and supportive team
About You
- NVQ Level 3 in Massage / Body Therapy or equivalent (essential)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Previous experience in a spa or similar environment preferred
- Confident in delivering a variety of massage techniques and body treatments
- Professional, reliable, and team‑focused
- Passionate about delivering excellent guest care
- Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
