Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and specialised skincare procedures
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual client needs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure client comfort throughout treatments and offer aftercare advice as required
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and products used or sold during appointments
- Promote retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
