Care Homes in Glasgow and the surrounding areas are seeking Relief Chefs.
Position Details:
Flexible chefs who are able to work in a variety of properties sometimes at short notice. You may be working from Chef de Partie to Head Chef level, depending on your skills and the requirements of the property you will be working at.
Our care home contracts require temp chefs to have PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) checks in order to work in their kitchens. There is plenty of year-round work available with these.
Requirements:
- Chefs who have worked to at least Sous Chef level with excellent all-round cooking skills capable of jumping onto any section
- Experience working in fast-paced kitchens with all fresh produce
- Must have or be willing to apply for a PVG
- Current Food Safety Certificate required
- Own transport is not essential, but advantageous
All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
