➖ECFS Plant Hire is looking for a Hire and Service Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, coordinate our hire fleet, and ensure equipment is delivered, maintained, and returned efficiently.
➖Main Duties
As a Hire and Service Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding the hire and servicing of our equipment. You will take ownership of the hire lifecycle from initial enquiry, through delivery and maintenance, to collection, ensuring high standards and smooth operations.
Relevant Experience
- Experience working in the construction plant hire industry
- Experience working in a busy office environment and working to deadlines
Specific Skills
- Excellent IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Pay: £32,500.00-£37,500.00 per year
