We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including sanitising equipment and surfaces regularly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system, including giving correct change.
- Follow food safety protocols at all times to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with general café duties to support smooth daily operations.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
Experience
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- A friendly attitude with excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
