Fitter (Experienced)
Our client a highly successful established engineering company based in Dungannon are in search of an experienced Fitter to join their team.
Our client have grown from strength to strength over the past few years and are planning on expanding further in 2026
.
Main Responsibilities:
- Fitting and installing mechanical machines
- Reading and understanding of engineering drawings
- Operating power and manual tools
- Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Meeting set targets efficiently
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as an mechanical fitter with a strong knowledge of hydraulics
- Ability to operate hand power tools
- Experience of working hands on in a similar type of environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with handheld tools
