Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to lead our culinary and hospitality operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the food production team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation in line with company standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to optimise team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and best practices across the establishment.
- Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, maintaining consistency and innovation in offerings.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards by supporting hospitality staff during service periods.
- Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and quality control within the kitchen environment.
- Monitor health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all staff members.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a food production or hospitality setting.
- Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
- Demonstrable leadership abilities with experience managing teams in busy environments such as restaurants or catering services.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
- Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
