Overview
- FULL TIME (TEAM LEADER) CLEANING ROLE @ WESTBURY AND SURROUNDING AREA FOR SHIP SHAPE CLEANNG.
- AFTER 3 MONTHS FULLY PAID TRIAL RUN YOU WILL RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING:
1) Contracted 90+Hrs @ Month
2) Planned holiday pay @ year
3) PAYE and pension options
4) 1 Months notice (If needed) for notice given from either party
5) Company car provided for 100% of the work.
6) The pay is £13 @ Hour for every hour worked.

1) Your own vehicle + UK/International (Less than 1 year lived in the UK) Driving licence
2) DBS Checked OR will pass a DBS check
3) Decent domestic/commercial cleaning experience (At home or professionally)
4) Having your own car is a bonus but you must be 23Yrs old & Over)
5) MUST BE AVAILAIBLE - 8AM - 5-6PM - (So sorry! - This is NOT a job for PARENT with school pick up duties)
6) MUST ALSO BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY AND LIVE IN THE LOCAL AREA

This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in communal areas, restrooms, and kitchens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests with professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Skills
- UK Driving licence are indeed VIP for transporting cleaning supplies or travelling between locations.
- Strong command of English for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
