Responsibilities
Restaurant Duty manager will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards are met, manage staff and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory
- Develop staff training
- Enhance guest experiences through attentive service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure culinary standards are maintained

- Qualifications
