Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-focused E-Commerce Assistant to join our team, with a key focus on creating product listings and uploading images for our online stores.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with products, writing descriptions, and making sure items look their best online. You’ll play an important part in presenting our products clearly and attractively to customers.
The role is open to both full-time applicants and interns looking to gain hands-on experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and uploading product listings to our website
- Writing clear, engaging product descriptions
- Uploading and organising product images
- Making sure images are high quality and correctly displayed
- Keeping product information accurate and up to date
- Supporting and helping manage social media accounts (e.g. posting content and engaging with customers)
- Assisting with basic website updates when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Good writing and communication skills
- An eye for presentation (especially images and layout)
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with e-commerce platforms is helpful but not essential - full training can be provided.
