Role: General Foreman
Location: Lockerbie (Dumfries and Galloway)
Salary: Up To £50,000 + Package - Includes a car/van or car allowance

Overview:
A leading infrastructure and engineering contractor is seeking an experienced General Foreman to join their construction team on a key project based on a major Wastewater scheme in Lockerbie (Dumfries and Galloway) for Scottish Water.
Due to the complexities involved, you MUST have experience as a General Foreman/Site Supervisor in the Water/Wastewater industry. We can consider candidates from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor background, provided you have worked on projects associated with UK Water Authorities.
Responsibilities:
- General management of all construction and civil engineering activities.
- Daily allocation of plant, labour, and materials.
- Coordination of site activities, including subcontractors.
- Management of the workforce on-site to ensure safe working methods and minimal environmental impact.
- Ensuring deliveries are stored in a safe area to prevent injury to the public and staff and to avoid plant damage.
- Ensuring the correct PPE is available and used.
- Assisting in method statement production.

Required Experience or Qualifications:
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- CSCS
- Previous Water/Wastewater experience
