Castlefield Recruitment are partnered with a public sector customer in West Yorkshire, who are are looking for an interim Head of Digital & Tech to come in and oversee a well-established workforce, whilst the permanent role is being managed.
To be considered for the opportunity, I am looking at candidates with the following skills & experience:
- Proven track record in a senior digital leadership role (e.g., Head of Digital, Digital Director, or CTO) driving complex organisational change.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in digital transformation, software delivery lifecycles, cloud platforms, and data-driven decision making and cyber security.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to build capability, mentor senior staff, and influence decision-making at the board level.
- Customer Focus: A deep passion for championing the user, delivering intuitive digital solutions, and optimising end-to-end customer journeys.
This will be a 3-6 month position, Inside IR35 and paying £450 - £550 per day. You will also need to be on site 3 days per week.
