About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisors to join our team in Aston, Birmingham. We have multiple supervisor positions available and are looking for motivated individuals who can lead cleaning teams, maintain high standards, and ensure all cleaning operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff on site
- Allocate daily cleaning duties and monitor performance
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standards
- Conduct regular quality inspections and spot checks
- Train and support new cleaners
- Monitor attendance and staff performance
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any issues, maintenance requirements, or incidents to management
- Liaise professionally with clients and site management when required
Requirements
- Previous cleaning supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
- Right to work in the UK
