Position Overview
As a Rental Agent, you will be the face of Urentacar Global, delivering excellent customer service while handling the rental process smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process rental agreements, returns, and reservations accurately
- Explain rental terms, insurance options, and vehicle features to customers
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals for condition and compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
- Promote additional services and upgrades to enhance customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts

- Basic salary starting £28,571.40
- OTE £45,000 - £55,000 per year
