We’re looking to fill the position of Onboarding Manager within our Operations department, reporting directly to the Head of Onboarding. If you come on board, you’ll be responsible for creating, auditing and managing multiple marketplaces for a diverse range of clients, from startups to household names and establishing their relationship with TymeOnline.
The Role:
- Working within a team of Onboarding Managers, reporting directly to the Head of Onboarding
- Onboarding Managers initially work on marketplace accounts for selling partners of TymeOnline, whether this be creating new accounts or auditing established accounts set up previously
- As the first point of contact for clients, Onboarding Managers are great problem solvers and fantastic stakeholder managers - considering client requirements within marketplace limitations, developing strategies to best fit each client and each marketplace being worked on
- Onboarding Managers work with TymeOnline’s partner network to assist clients with their needs to be able to launch and scale on Marketplaces
- Onboarding Managers follow our communication process, to ensure clients receive regular updates and that touch points are regular and up to date
- Onboarding Managers will liaise directly with a Listings Team to ensure that product listings are created and optimised within agreed timeframes
- Once the initial setup/audit is complete Accounts/Projects get handed over to the Account Management Team to continue the clients management
The ideal candidate with have the following skills and attributes:
· Experience in Account, Project, or Ecommerce Management
· Preferred experience working with Marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon and B&Q Marketplace
· Experience working with Excel, working on reports is essential
· Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and face-to-face as well as the ability to communicate technical problems to non technical people
· Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
· Great attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Ability to prioritise own workload
· Self motivation and commercial acumen
