About the Role
As an Experienced Barista / Beverage Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated beverage experience that reflects the quality and standards of FH Bistro. This extends beyond coffee to include a refined selection of hot and cold beverages, specialty drinks, and handcrafted mocktails.
You will combine technical expertise with exceptional guest engagement, ensuring every drink served meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of premium beverages, including coffee, specialty drinks, and mocktails, to an exceptional standard
- Maintain precise control over coffee quality, including grind calibration, extraction, and milk texturing
- Deliver a polished, engaging, and personalised guest experience
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and attention to detail across all beverages
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually impeccable bar and service area
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service
- Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism and confidence
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards
