The Role
We are seeking two experienced and motivated Registered Managers to lead our established children’s residential homes in Croydon.
The homes include:
A therapeutic solo home; and
A therapeutic two-bedded children’s home.
Both homes are already operational and form part of our wider growth plans across the organisation.
This role is ideal for either an experienced Registered Manager looking for a fresh opportunity within a growing provider, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step into registration with support from an experienced senior leadership team.
You will play a key role in continuing to develop high-quality therapeutic care, building stable teams, strengthening practice, and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
As Oasis Manor Care continues to grow, there will also be opportunities to support future home development and progress into more senior operational leadership roles.

Salary & Bonus Structure
Salary
£60,000 – £75,000 per annum depending on experience, qualifications, and track record.
Performance & Development Bonus Scheme
£1,000 bonus following successful OFSTED registration.
£2,000 bonus for achieving a “Good” OFSTED judgement.
Additional £2,000 bonus for achieving an “Outstanding” OFSTED judgement.
£1,500 leadership development bonus for supporting progression from Senior Residential Support Worker to Deputy Manager.
£1,500 leadership development bonus for supporting progression from Deputy Manager to Registered Manager.

Licence/Certification:
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (preferred)
