Key Responsibilities
Throughout the programme, you'll develop experience across a variety of business functions, including:
- Supporting customer engagement and business development initiatives
- Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining exceptional service standards
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of sales and marketing campaigns
- Learning how to monitor performance and contribute to business objectives
- Developing leadership skills by supporting and motivating team members
- Gaining insight into day-to-day business operations and campaign management
- Participating in regular training, coaching and performance reviews
As your experience grows, you'll gradually take on increased responsibility and develop the skills required to progress into a management position.
