An exciting opportunity for an ambitious experienced valuer to join our small team based in Chesterfield town centre. The successful candidate will have proven experience in conducting residential property valuations/listings and securing new instructions, generating new business opportunities and exceeding agreed targets whilst delivering excellent customer service. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are also essential along with a customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
- Winning listings for sale
- Generating new business opportunities
Skills
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, being able to use Estate Agency software and data analysis
- Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing sales particulars and reports
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
