Are you an experienced supervisor ready to take the next step into management on a twilight shift where you can truly lead from the front?
We’re looking for a hands-on and ambitious Shift Manager (Twilight) to take ownership of our twilight operation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has proven themselves in a supervisory role and is ready to step up into a more autonomous leadership position, with full responsibility for running a fast-paced night shift.
This isn’t just about overseeing tasks—it’s about leading the shift, making decisions, and setting the standard while the wider business is offline. You’ll play a key role in delivering performance, maintaining quality, and building a strong, engaged team throughout the night.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to hit targets in a safe and efficient way
- Ensuring all orders, system tasks, and shift objectives are completed accurately before handover
- Overseeing picking, packing, and stock rotation with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Acting as the main point of decision-making during the shift
- Supporting team performance through coaching, guidance, and hands-on involvement
- Ensuring high standards of cleaning, housekeeping, and shift readiness for the next day
- Maintaining compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Hygiene standards
- Monitoring shift performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, ready to step into your first management-level position
- Ideally from a food, beverage, warehouse, or production environment
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Confidence to lead independently and make decisions on shift
- A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a night shift environment
- Experience across stock control, picking, packing, or production operations
What You’ll Get in Return
- A genuine step up into management with real responsibility and autonomy
- The opportunity to lead your own shift and make impactful decisions
- A supportive leadership team that will invest in your growth
- A role where your ideas and improvements will be recognised
