Production Operative
Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Hours: 45 hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour + Bonus Scheme
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Thame. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking to develop new skills and build a long-term career within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery safely in accordance with health and safety procedures.
- Use company systems and documentation to complete production tasks.
- Organise materials efficiently to meet production requirements.
- Support various areas of the manufacturing process as required.
- Complete training to develop core skills and increase flexibility across the operation.
