We are a small company that specialises in preparing and powder coating architectural metal work, based in High Roding near Dunmow so applicants must have access to reliable personal transport.
We would like to recruit a full time labourer, .
We need a flexible, conscientious and reliable person who wants to do their best at work.
The hours of work are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, we occasionally ask staff to start at 7am if we are very busy which is paid at the flat hourly rate. Saturday working is unusual but is paid at time and a half for 7am to noon.
There is a unpaid 30 minute lunch break and a paid 15 minute break.
There is 20 days paid annual leave plus paid bank holidays.

Responsibilities
- Loading work to be treated into the module.
- Assessing the treatment for each job.
- Utilise mechanical knowledge to ensure proper equipment operation
- Maintain cleanliness of the unit and compressor and carry out regular filter checks.
-Use of hand tools
You will also be required to assist other team members in fettling and labouring duties when the unit is not in use.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
