Job Summary:
Lead global merchandising strategy to drive commercial growth, optimize product performance, and strengthen market presence across international markets. What you'll do:
- Develop and execute global merchandising strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead product assortment, pricing, inventory, and category planning initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales performance to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with buying, supply chain, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Drive product lifecycle planning and merchandising best practices.
- Identify new market opportunities and improve merchandising performance.
- Lead and mentor merchandising teams while supporting business growth.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience in merchandising, retail, category management, or commercial leadership is preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with merchandising systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
