Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a range of dishes according to specified recipes and standards

- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and utensils regularly

Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene
- Experience working in a restaurant or catering environment is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers
- Ability to work flexibly, including during peak hours and weekends if required
- Previous experience in meal preparation, kitchen operations, or serving roles is desirable
