Over the last 11 years we’ve grown Silver Service Singers from a £3,000 start-up into a business delivering over 1,000 events every year.
Now we’re entering our biggest chapter yet.
We’re transforming how customers buy.
Launching internationally.
Building new entertainment brands.
And creating The Surprise Specialist Group.
We need someone ambitious enough to build our revenue engine with us.
Your Mission
Turn enquiries into bookings.
Every decision you make should answer one question:
“Did we maximise the value of every opportunity?”
You won’t be judged on how many calls your team makes.
You’ll be judged on revenue generated, conversion rates and building a predictable sales operation.
What You’ll Own
You will have complete responsibility for the Group’s revenue performance including:
- Sales performance
- Revenue targets
- High-intent lead management
- Callback requests
- Inbound enquiries
- Social media sales conversations
- Sales pipeline management
- HubSpot CRM
- Sales forecasting
- Sales reporting
- Follow-up strategy
- Lead conversion
- Upselling opportunities
- Venue & partner relationships
- Future sales team recruitment and development
Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months you will:
- Increase enquiry-to-booking conversion.
- Build a predictable revenue forecast.
- Improve average booking value.
- Reduce response times.
- Ensure every quality enquiry receives exceptional follow-up.
- Build a scalable revenue department that supports multiple businesses.
