Housekeeper – Aber Bay Holiday Park

The Role
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our guests arrive to a spotless, comfortable, and inviting environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and preparing caravans, lodges, and facilities between guest stays
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising all areas
- Changing bed linen and restocking essentials
- Maintaining communal areas such as reception, laundrettes, and washrooms
- Keeping outdoor areas neat and presentable
Standards & Safety
- Follow health & safety and cleaning procedures
- Use equipment and cleaning products safely
- Report maintenance issues or lost property promptly
- Maintain high hygiene standards at all times
Team & Customer Focus
- Work efficiently with the housekeeping team to meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and management
- Be friendly, professional, and respectful around guests
Essential experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit for a hands-on role
Desirable:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Knowledge of health & safety standards
- Flexible approach to working hours
