We are currently recruiting for a passionate and talented Full-Time Supervisor to join our team in Westfield (White City).
Main duties will include:
- Responsibility for opening and closing procedures
- Working closely with Store Management, and supporting them in their roles
- Supporting Store Management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the store's KPI results
- Supervising stock/inventory when necessary
- Upholding our company values
- Providing outstanding customer service and leading by example
- Providing strong duty management skills when required
- Supporting and directing sales staff to achieve their individual and collective goals
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within the fashion retail industry
- A sound understanding of the retail environment
- A passion for providing excellent Customer Service
- The ability to work to a flexible rota
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- An enthusiastic and proactive attitude, couple with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Availability to start immediately is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
