The Opportunity
We are working in partnership with a highly regarded and award-winning accountancy practice to recruit a Business Support Team Member to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced office administrator to work within a fast-paced, professional services environment, supporting multiple teams across the business while delivering a high standard of client service.
The Role
As a Business Support Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting the wider firm with administrative workflows and client-facing processes.
You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately, while acting as a key point of support for the Cloud Accounting team, helping to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across the wider firm, including client-facing processes and onboarding procedures

Prepare and generate client correspondence, including letters and final account packages

Support with document production, printing, photocopying, and binding

Assist with mail shots, internal campaigns, and ad-hoc projects

Manage and organise workflow tasks to support efficient team operations

Provide reception cover during busy periods, holidays, and absence

Support the Cloud Accounting team as a Business Support Champion, helping drive administrative efficiencies

Manage and support shared email inboxes for senior stakeholders

Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines
About You
-
Previous experience within an office administration or business support role

Experience working within a professional services environment or accountancy practice (preferred)

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proactive and able to use initiative in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload effectively

Confident working as part of a team and supporting wider business functions

Passionate about delivering high-quality client service
