Job Summary
Platinum EL Enterprise Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organised Enterprise Operations Manager to oversee business operations, improve service delivery, and support scalable enterprise growth. This role is ideal for an operations leader with strong experience in business management, process improvement, team coordination, and performance monitoring who can strengthen operational efficiency and support long-term organisational success.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day enterprise operations, service delivery, and business support activities.
- Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, systems, and internal procedures.
- Supervise teams, allocate resources, monitor workloads, and support staff performance.
- Work with senior leaders, clients, departments, and stakeholders to align operations with business goals.
- Monitor KPIs, service quality, productivity, budgets, risks, and operational performance.
- Prepare operational reports, business updates, process improvement plans, and management recommendations.
- Support project coordination, resource planning, compliance activities, and business continuity initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen enterprise service delivery.
- Resolve operational issues, client concerns, and internal business challenges professionally.
- Support business growth through scalable systems, stronger coordination, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise operations, business operations, operations management, service delivery, business administration, project coordination, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous management, team leadership, or senior operations experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of operational planning, workflow improvement, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and competing business priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, project management tools, reporting platforms, ERP systems, and business management software.
- Strong commercial awareness with a practical approach to improving efficiency and supporting enterprise growth.

Pay: £4,300.00-£6,000.00 per month
