Snappy Response Waste Ltd is looking for a Waste Management Operative to join our growing team based in the West Midlands.
The role involves domestic and commercial waste collections, property clearances, loading/unloading waste, and working alongside drivers and other team members on a variety of jobs.
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking with a good attitude
- Able to communicate professionally with the general public and customers
- Be aware the role is physically demanding
- Able to work well within a team
- Previous waste/removals/labouring experience is beneficial but not essential

We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and willing to work hard as part of a growing company. The role can involve heavy lifting, outdoor work in all weather conditions, and early starts depending on workload.
