Job Summary:
we are seeking a talented stylist to join our local town friendly, relaxing salon. Pay is negotiable and dependent on age and experience. Someone who can aid clients looking & feeling amazing when leaving the salon.
Duties:
- Perform hair cutting, styling, and colouring services according to clients' preferences
- Offer expert advice on hair care and maintenance
- Demonstrate proficiency in barbering techniques
- Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience
- Manage front desk duties when required
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and desires
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and trends
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of store management practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
