Part-Time Server / Barista
Loudons – Fountainbridge & New Waverley (Edinburgh)
We’re looking for experienced part-time servers with barista skills to join the team at Loudons. This role is fast-paced, and customer-focused — ideal for someone who already knows their way around a busy hospitality floor.
The role
- Serving guests during busy brunch service
- Making high-quality coffee to Loudons standards
- Working confidently across both Fountainbridge and New Waverley
- Supporting the team during peak weekend service
- Maintaining strong service, cleanliness, and pace under pressure
This is a plug-and-play role — you should be comfortable stepping straight into service.
Availability (non-negotiable)
- Weekend availability is essential
- Must be able to work both Saturday and Sunday
- Shifts will fall between 8:00am and 6:00pm
- Hours are variable week to week
If you cannot commit to both weekend days, this role will not be suitable.
Experience required
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a hospitality environment
- Barista experience preferred
- Confident working in a busy, high-volume service
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working across multiple sites
Pay
- Up to £12.71 per hour
- Tips paid on top (typically £3.00–£3.50 per hour)
