Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of the takeaway and delivery service, including staffing, scheduling and inventory management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer complaints.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
· Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for team members.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the takeaway and delivery service.
· Ensure that all food products meet the franchise’s quality standards and specifications.
· Manage online ordering platforms and ensure they are functioning correctly.
· Manage financial aspects of the takeaway and delivery service, including budgeting, sales, expenses, and profitability, forecasting and reporting.
· Maintain clear communication with franchise owners and corporate management.
- Motivate and lead a team of staff to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and monitor driver performance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of food, beverages and supplies.
- Build relationships with local businesses and organisations to promote the franchise.
Skills and Experience:
· Relevant experience in a similar role
· Proven ability to lead and manage a team
· Familiarity with online ordering platforms and delivery management systems
· Strong understanding of food safety regulations
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to food service
· Experience with inventory management and financial reporting
· Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience managing delivery drivers
Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
