Join Our Team at Norfolk Cleaning Group
We are looking for a motivated individual to work with one of our clients Monday to Friday for 9 hours each day including a 1 hour paid Lunch Break. Specific duties and requirements will be discussed during the interview stage.
As one of the largest cleaning companies in Norfolk, we provide services to Holiday Homes, Schools, Government Facilities, Commercial Offices, Domestic Homes, and National Trust Sites.
This role is based in Aylsham, and your own transport will be required to travel to this location. You will report directly to the site each day. Full training will be provided, along with equipment, cleaning materials, and uniform.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, corridors, washrooms, and communal areas
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure surfaces are sanitised and maintained to high standards
- Dispose of waste safely and efficiently, ensuring bins are emptied regularly
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet roll as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties to management
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning operations
