Job Title: Part Time Cleaner/ Housekeeper
Location: Boundary Outlet - Head Office
Hours: 9 hours a week. Days and times can be flexible
Who We are Looking For:
Based at our busy HQ in Colne, an opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeper/Cleaner to join the existing team.
We are looking for a person with:
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift for the duration of the shift
- Friendly, approachable and willing to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
- Initiative, motivation and enthusiasm with a professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently to complete tasks on time and with minimum supervision
- Reliability, good time keeping and attendance
Responsibilities will include:
- General cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and polishing
- Sanitation and disinfection of toilet areas, canteen, kitchens and appliances
- Emptying of waste and recycling bins into appropriate collection containers
- Surface Cleaning of all furniture, furnishings, chairs, tables, desks, shelves and windowsills
- Internal window cleaning
- Requisition and replenishment of washroom supplies and cleaning products/ equipment
- Maintenance of cleaning equipment (Vacuum/floor cleaners, etc.), ensuring tools are stored correctly and equipment regularly emptied/cleaned
- Maintain health and safety standards and prompt reporting of issues, incidents and hazards
