Duties
- Host live shopping sessions on TikTok, demonstrating products in an engaging and professional manner
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and providing product information to encourage purchases
- Manage the presentation of products, ensuring they are showcased effectively to maximise sales
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase audience engagement and follower growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content schedules and promotional campaigns
- Monitor live session analytics to assess performance and optimise future broadcasts
- Maintain a positive public relations image by fostering friendly interactions with viewers and customers
- Stay updated on TikTok trends and platform features to enhance live sessions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly on TikTok or similar platforms
- Strong public relations skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
- Excellent verbal communication skills, confident in presenting products live on camera
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks during live sessions effectively
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual presentation and storytelling
