Responsibilities
- Lead a landscaping team (ground preparation, turfing, planting.) both site-based (new-build) and commercial/domestic customers
- Lead a Grounds maintenance (grass cutting, strimming, hedge & shrub cutting etc)
- Read and implement landscape site plans
- Organise equipment and machinery for daily tasks
- Ensure all on site health and safety compliance
- Engage with site agents to ensure on-site productivity
- Provide daily feedback to contracts manager
Experience
- Full UK driver’s license
- CSCS labourer’s card
- At least 1years experience
- Attention to detail & commitment to quality work
- Adherence to safe working practices and ensuring due consideration is given to the safety of all concerned
Pay: £33,550.00 per year
