Ideal Candidate - Maths Teacher
- Holds UK QTS and a strong academic background in Mathematics.
- Confident teaching KS3 and KS4, with the ability to teach KS5 or a willingness to develop.
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and evidence of high-quality teaching.
- Able to meet teacher standards with consistently good or outstanding practice.
- Excellent communication skills and effective classroom management.
- A team player who can contribute positively to a large, successful department.
- Passionate about Maths and committed to inspiring students of all abilities.
Key Responsibilities - Maths Teacher
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess, track and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
- Create a positive, inclusive and productive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continually enhance teaching and learning.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, professional development and wider school life.
