With over 20 years of experience, Ruby Granite has established itself as a leading supplier, fabricator, and installer of granite and quartz worktops. We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring a trainee polisher / mason.
While experience is advantageous, we are committed to providing comprehensive training to all our staff. The role primarily involves hand polishing but is not limited to that task. This includes the use of powered hand tools such as angle grinders and wet polishers. The ideal candidate will be trained at reading technical drawings and have a keen eye for detail.
Our fast-paced production factory is dedicated to producing high-quality goods on time and ensuring everything is done correctly the first time.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Physically fit and able-bodied, as the role requires regular lifting of heavy materials
- Ability to work well under direction and pressure, with the capability to prioritize workload
- Strong attention to detail
- A practical and proactive mindset
This is a full-time position based at our factory in Mochdre. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, with overtime required when necessary (overtime is paid at time and a half).
