Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive & Deliver: Safely operate company vans or lorries, planning and following efficient routes to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Cargo Handling: Load and unload goods safely, and confirm deliveries with customers upon arrival.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance issues.
- Administration: Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding schedules or delays.
- Warehouse Support: Assist with warehouse activities, including stock organisation and inventory checks, when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
